    I completed the challenge weighing at 200 with 9.7% body fat. I have started another 30 day Challenge (today is Day #2), and I am at 191 10% body fat. Trying to be a lean 190 with 9.5% body fat.

    Do you train girls? I need to get lean for a marathon and fitness challenge this summer.

    2. Im up in Bethesda but work in Arlington near Clarendon. Was hoping to join a gym / get a trainer in either place. Looks like your out in Falls Church? Thats probably too far for me, but i am looking for someone who knows how to put on serious muscle like you.
